1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rajabets ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions and features available at rajabets.

By accessing the rajabets platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

rajabets reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. All communications between rajabets and its players are conducted in English. Support is available in English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at support@rajabets.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the rajabets platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. rajabets is an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor or immediate family member of a rajabets employee in a role with access to platform systems or pricing data.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the rajabets platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Your use of the platform is personal and recreational in nature, and not for commercial gain through professional arbitrage, systematic exploitation of promotions, or automated betting strategies.

rajabets actively promotes responsible gaming and takes its obligations regarding underage access seriously. If you become aware that a minor is accessing the platform using your account or payment details, you must notify us immediately at support@rajabets.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of rajabets services, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Only: Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the rajabets platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. rajabets is not responsible for failed transactions, missed communications or account access issues arising from inaccurate registration information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. rajabets will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rajabets support immediately. We recommend changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication on your account.
• KYC Verification: rajabets operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practice. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — at the time of registration, upon reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any other time at the platform's discretion.

rajabets reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with verification documents. Any funds held in such accounts will be subject to review prior to release.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the rajabets platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within standard banking processing times for bank transfer methods. rajabets does not charge platform-side deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to any pending KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method as the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. rajabets reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments for large amounts.

• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.
• Currency: All balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus balances may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Fraud Prevention: rajabets reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, rajabets may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

rajabets offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (where applicable to sports), and time limit will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of a current bonus may result in the forfeiture of the current bonus.
• Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an account — including accounts that were closed or suspended — are not eligible for new player promotions.
• Game Restrictions: Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game type are set out in the individual promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than live casino or sportsbook games.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per transaction is limited as specified in the promotion terms (commonly ৳500 per bet or per spin). Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral or cashback programmes — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.

6 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rajabets platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a minor, or knowingly facilitating a minor's access to the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one rajabets account, regardless of the name, email, device or payment method used.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live games, or manipulating peer-to-peer game outcomes.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining the benefit of services already received. rajabets will pursue recovery of any fraudulently reversed amounts through all available legal means.
• Money Laundering: Using the rajabets platform to deposit, cycle or withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
• Platform Manipulation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from platform errors are void and will be removed from the account.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or contact information; impersonating another person; or submitting forged documentation in connection with the KYC process.

rajabets employs a combination of automated risk monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts suspended immediately, their pending withdrawals held, and their cases referred to the relevant review team before any final determination is made.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

rajabets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• The account holder is found to be, or is reasonably suspected of being, under 18 years of age.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under Section 8 of these Terms.
• Extended periods of inactivity, as defined by platform inactivity policies in force at the relevant time.
• Any legal, regulatory or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their rajabets account at any time by contacting the support team at support@rajabets. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. rajabets may apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to inactive account balances after this period. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

8 Responsible Gaming Provisions

rajabets is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players across Bangladesh. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we actively provide tools and support to help players stay in control of their activity.

Available Self-Help Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period to protect players from impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from the rajabets platform for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request submitted to support@rajabets. Any real-money balance will be returned after the exclusion period ends.

rajabets does not accept responsibility for gambling-related harm arising from a player's failure to utilise the responsible gaming tools made available on the platform. Players are encouraged to set limits proactively and to review their activity regularly. The 18+ policy is strictly enforced at all times.
